This was a full implementation project, and the Compass Group provided project guidance and technical assistance in preparing the LEED application submittal.

Alabel 1212 New York Avenue is a 109,355 square foot, class B, multi-tenant office building. The building installed an electric vehicle charging station to promote the use of electric vehicles. The building is in close proximity to subway and bus routes to encourage alternative transportation use. The building includes a fitness center and retail space.
