Colomba The International Finance Corporation (IFC) Headquarters Building is an 882,174 square foot building located in downtown Washington, D.C. managed by Brandywine Realty Trust. Team members of the Compass Group provided consulting services for the building’s initial LEED-EB Platinum certification in 2009. The Compass Group provided full LEED recertification consulting services to obtain LEED-EB v2009 Platinum recertification for their Headquarters building using the complete standard recertification approach.
