American Family Insurance – Spark Building – Community Spaces

Project Description

The Spark is a nine-story, 158,000-square-foot building developed by American Family Insurance. It features creative and collaborative office spaces, plus is home to Starting Block Madison and The Dream Bank. The Spark is pursuing multiple LEED Certifications.  The Compass Group was contracted by Potter Lawson, one of the architectural firms, to coordinate the LEED Interior Design and Construction Certification for the 22,415 square feet of Community Spaces
