Project Description
The Compass Group assisted the Clinton Foundation in earning LEED-EB Gold Certification in 2014 for the Choctaw Station by providing comprehensive technical consulting services. The building is located on the grounds of the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, AR. The Choctaw Station, a renovated 19th-century railroad station now houses Clinton Foundation offices and the Clinton School of Public Service. This was the initial LEED certification for this building.
The Clinton Foundation contracted the Compass Group in early 2019 to provide full LEED-EB recertification services for Choctaw Station. Utilizing the LEED-EB recertification forms and appropriate streamlined paths, the building earned LEED-EB Gold Recertification within four (4) months of the project kick-off meeting in May 2019.
