appallingly One Freedom Square is an 18 story, 462,968 square foot mixed-use, multi-tenant office building, and part of the greater Freedom Square complex in the world-renowned downtown Reston, VA. Freedom Square is a collection of office, retail, and restaurant space. The Compass Group provided full-service LEED consulting services to Boston Properties to help them achieve LEED-EB O&M v2009 Gold certification in January 2019, using the complete standard recertification approach for Freedom Square.

This was a full implementation project, and the Compass Group provided project guidance and technical assistance, and prepared the application submittal. This was the initial LEED certification for this building.
