The Compass Group assisted City Center Real Estate Services and Ryan Companies US, Inc. in maintaining their ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager account for the Plaza 7 building located in Minneapolis, MN. The Compass Group also provided LEED-EB Assessment / Gap Analysis services and guidance and technical assistance with determining a LEED project boundary for the site.
