The Compass Group worked with Gould Property Company to evaluate The Lexington at Market Square, a luxury apartment home located in Washington’s Penn Quarter. The project involved conducting an historical analysis of the building’s energy use data and reviewed previously completed energy audits and developed a preliminary scorecard as a path for LEED-EB compliance.
