The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contracted with CINNOVAS to complete condition surveys for a number of assets in its Washington DC area portfolio. The Compass Group team was recognized by CINNOVAS as having the depth of experience necessary to efficiently evaluate buildings in relationship to LEED for Existing Buildings. The Compass Group provided the LEED-EB assessment component for selected GSA assets.

The Compass Group has now assessed over 25 million square feet of GAS building space. Some of which include the following:
