US Bank Plaza is a 379,822 square foot office building with ground floor retail and restaurant spaces located on the Capitol Square in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. US Bank Plaza is one of the more recognizable buildings in Madison due to its all-glass exterior. The Compass Group provided full-service LEED consulting services to Urban Land Interests to help them achieve LEED-EB Gold-level recertification using the complete standard recertification approach for the US Bank Plaza building.
