Wisconsin Place is a 358,773 square foot office building located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. The Wisconsin Place LEED project building is part of a larger Wisconsin Place mixed-use campus development comprised of office, residential, and retail. The LEED project building footprint is made up of an eleven-story Class A office tower with an extended two-story low-rise section with office space on the second floor. The first floor of both the office tower and low-rise building sections consist mainly of national chain retail spaces.
The Compass Group assisted Boston Properties in obtaining LEED-EB Silver-level Certification for Wisconsin Place. This was a full implementation project, and The Compass Group provided project guidance and technical assistance, and prepared the application submittal. This is the initial certification for this building.
