The Compass Group provided full-service LEED recertification consulting to the Clinton Foundation to assist them with achieving LEED-EB Platinum recertification for the William J. Clinton Presidential Library, located in Little Rock, AR. The153,779 sq. ft. William J. Clinton Presidential Library, a part of the National Archives, has been designated as one of the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly places to work in the United States by the U.S. Green Buildings Council under its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Program.
Compass Group team members consulted with the Clinton Foundation on their initial LEED-EB Platinum certification in 2007. In July 2013, The Compass Group took part in a sustainability summit at the Library designed to generate innovative and creative ideas for keeping the Library at the forefront of the sustainability movement and a model for LEED projects. This summit lead to the recent recertification effort.
